Who Am I?
A former TV presenter, dancer & choreographer, gym & fitness instructor, model and actress, I was a practicing lawyer and in-house counsel for 10 years before obtaining my MBA and LLM. After working for a not-for-profit professional body for several years, I set up and managed several businesses in Singapore over the next 13 years, including an association and event management company and a serviced office and training facilities business.
After battling with weight gain, back pain and other health issues due to the stresses of work, I suffered self doubt and a loss of self-confidence having always been a fit and active person since my childhood.
Taking a 1-year sabbatical off work after a good hard look at myself and my life, I embarked on a process to rediscover and rehabilitate myself through a rigorous regime of physical, emotional and spirtual healing.
WHY REBOUNDING FOR HEATH?
Rebounding helped me regain my own strength, conditioning, flexibility, stamina and figure.
After rebounding to meet my own objectives for the past 4 years, I made a critical decision to focus the 3rd chapter of my life on helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, look good and feel great! I became internationally certified instructer in both Pilates and Cardiolates (the best of rebounding and pilates combined).
This project marks marks a return to my first love – health and fitness!
